In the past 100 years, Hangang Bridge has been a symbol of modern Korean history. Our proposal for a new pedestrian bridge is a light steel suspension of inverted arches that float over the 100-year-old steel arch structure. As the layers of hanging frame shape for the events and the views, the bridge becomes a series of discrete spaces.
