We've been asked to design a brick and mortar store for a start-up dog clothing brand. The site is located in DUMBO Brooklyn, in a six-story commercial building that's more than 100 years old. Our client's property is super-compact in its size (325sf) and minimally equipped with two windows, glass partitions, light fixture, and HVAC components.
Our challenge is to translate the brand's identity into the space and to provide user friendly and efficient space for the owner and the customers, and as always with limited budget.
